Hana Paradise Cottages- Reservations

RESERVATIONS

One night reservations only taken less than one month in advance.

Tax: All rates are subject to the Hawaii State Room/House Tax of 13.416%

Payment: The full payment is due 30 days before arrival. We are currently accepting payment in the form of checks, credit cards or cash.
Paypal is preferable, you may access that by way of the pay now button after a reservation has been confirmed and you have received an invoice.

When you are ready to confirm a reservation please send your address and telephone number, We will email you an invoice with payment details.

Confirmation: Upon receipt of full payment we will send a confirmation with directions to the cottage.

CHECK-IN

Check-in 3:00 pm

Check-out 11:00 am

CANCELLATIONS

30 days or more from your scheduled arrival there will be a $30 service fee. Any credit due back to you will be mailed out within 5 days of written or email notification of cancellation.

Less than 30 days from your scheduled arrival you are liable for the entire amount of your rental agreement. However, if we are able to rebook all of the days coinciding with your cancelled reservation, only the $30 service fee will apply.

If you check out prior to your registered check out date, a refund will be given only for the days we are able to rebook accommodations

To provide a smoke free environment for our guests, smoking is only allowed outside.

No pets are allowed at either cottage.
